Privacy policy

Gratus Games titles do not collect personal data that identifies an individual. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number, and there is no sign-up.

Some games use Google Play Games services and advertising networks. Those services may collect anonymised technical data — device model, operating system version, advertising identifier — under their own policies. We receive nothing from them that identifies a person.

Game progress is stored on the device itself. Deleting the game deletes it. Where a game supports cloud saves through Google Play Games, progress lives in the player's Google account and is governed by Google's terms.

Our games are not designed to collect data from children. If you believe such data has reached us anyway, contact us and we will delete it.
